this is not good. well may of us chose particular engineering field or branch without having any idea about it.
but this is not true in many cases. some people do take their respective engineering branch according to their interest.
and it feels irritating when your college is cheating on you. yeah! my college runs engineering branch computer science where it has course like electronics engineering-I & II, Theory of Networks and lines, Advance circuit analysis etc. now here is the thing. why?.... why? the guy of computer science need to study these courses?
asked the same question to my profs. but didnt get satisfactory answer.
i also compared syllabus of MSU's computer science with the syllabus of other universities of gujarat. and guess what ? the MSU is only one whose syllabus contains above non-departmental courses till 3rd year.
